Who You Are / Your Next Challenge
We are looking for an Operations and Customer Services Officer to join our team. This role, reporting to the Operations Manager, is responsible for the delivery of expert service to our clients for queries relating to their account and their transactions, both directly when dealing with customers, and indirectly through the proactive support of the Sales and Dealing teams.
The ideal candidate should have customer service experience and enjoy working in a multichannel environment (Telephone, email, face to face).
